About Us
Richard (Rick) Kreul is an accomplished executive with broad strength in strategic planning, regulatory proceedings, contract negotiations, P&L management, operations reengineering, and mergers/acquisitions. He is the principal of RK Resources, LLC, which provides business and technical consulting and advisory services to a broad range of clients, from private equity investors to Fortune 500 corporations, focusing on energy and utility industries. Before forming RK Resources, Mr. Kreul was president of CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust’s (NYSE: CORR) wholly owned subsidiaries MoGas Pipeline, LLC and Omega Pipeline Company, LLC, providing natural gas services to a variety of customers, from the Department of Defense to large publicly traded natural gas local distribution companies. Kreul has a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas, and is a professional engineer (inactive) in multiple states. He has served on the board of directors of the Midwest Energy Association and the Western Propane Gas Association, and is currently a member of the Gas Processors Association.
